PetNest reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit. All product returns will be assessed, based on which refunds/exchanges/credit will or will not be provided. Note that unless the product is faulty, all shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.
No form of refund/exchange/credit will be given if products received are not what you wanted. Change of mind credit requests will not be approved. No products that are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging will be eligible for refund/exchange/credit.
No products should be sent back to PetNest, without having consulted a customer service team member first. A confirmation or refusal of refund/exchange/credit will only be given once the returned product has been thoroughly assessed by PetNest.
All credit notes provided by PetNest have to be used within 90 days of being issued. Credit Notes have to be spent on a single order. If the order value is lower than the credit note value, the difference will not be refunded.
PetNest takes pride in supplying quality products. If a product is found to be faulty, have a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during postage, please send evidence of the damage via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product. Someone from our customer service team will get in touch with you and guide you through the necessary steps to get a refund.
